A&D has engineered a custom, open-frame stainless steel base that seamlessly attaches to the bakery’s existing sourdough fermenter drum. This custom weighing base enables the bakery to accurately monitor the fermenter’s gross weight, allowing for efficient weighing of small manual batches. The attached control cabinet was also equipped with a traffic light and audible alarm to notify staff when the fermenter’s contents were running low and needed to be refilled.
